Carnitas’ Snack Shack, affectionately called “Snack Shack,” is a colorful, vibrant open-air gem with spectacular waterfront views. Known for its slow food-inspired, pork-centric American cuisine, snacks and locally sourced craft beers, the eatery is a joint venture from award-winning Executive Chef Hanis Calvin and Sara Stroud. Treat your guests to a memorable outdoor buffet reception featuring Snack Shack’s award winning menu and live music. As guests arrive, they can order a favorite beverage from an attentive server. An open bar will continue throughout the event. After mixing and mingling, guests can help themselves to a yummy street taco, a famous Triple Threat pork sandwich and other tasty bites and entrées included in the bountiful buffet.
